Coins, notes, needs vs wants and saving sensibly.
UK money comes in coins (1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1, £2) and notes (£5, £10, £20, £50). 100 pennies make one pound.
A need is something you must have (food, a coat in winter). A want is something you'd like (sweets, a new game).
Saving means putting money aside instead of spending it now, so you can buy something bigger later.
